Lawyer Scott Robert Erwin is being suspended by state bar officials for 15 months.
A report from the attorney disciplinary commission says the woman, who had worked as a stripper, agreed to give Erwin lap dances in exchange for a discount.
Officials say the lawyer stripped more than 500 bucks off of his fee.
The woman went to authorities after she claimed Erwin touched her inappropriately during those private lap dances.
But he was never charged with a crime over the allegations.
