Extra SEPTA service for Phans in Del.

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - October 31, 2008 SEPTA is adding an extra morning train from Wilmington to Philadelphia for the noontime parade. The train will leave Wilmington at 8:35 a.m.

In addition, an extra car has been added to the regularly scheduled train.
