Jones and James were indicted by a New Castle County grand jury on Wednesday.
Jones is charged with racketeering, conspiracy, theft and fraud charges. James is charged with theft and new home construction fraud.
Two men charged in home construction fraud
GEORGETOWN, Del. (AP) - November 28, 2008
Department of Justice spokesman Jason Miller says Andrew Jones
and Jason James operated a company named Bavari Inc., which held
contracts to build new homes in Sussex and Kent counties. The
company allegedly stole more than $470,000 from homeowners and
sub-contractors between 2003 and 2007.
