The two-day pageant was sponsored by NBC and Donald Trump Enterprises. Banaczak will represent Delaware in the Miss USA pageant.
Meanwhile, a junior at Ursuline Academy was crowned Miss Delaware Teen USA. Kelsey Miller of Wilmington says it was her first pageant and she was surprised to win. She will represent the state in the Miss Teen USA competition.
