Traffic.com reports that the problem is on the westbound lanes.
AT 2:05 p.m. the left lane was apparently passable, but the right lane of the westbound Schuylkill Expressway was still blocked.
Early on, the delay was estimated to be about 10 minutes. State Police arrived on the scene at 2:13 p.m. and closed both westbound lanes.
