Pennsylvania State Police Cpl. David Pezzano says a passerby reported the car fire Wednesday afternoon.
He says firefighters had no idea that someone was inside until they extinguished the fire.
The medical examiner pronounced him dead.
Authorities still don't know how Lynam died.
