Car overturns, takes out power lines

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA - September 16, 2009 It's not clear what caused the crash on Wednesday in Northeast Philadelphia.

The driver was taken to Einstein Medical Center.

Police say the vehicle did come in contact with the wires.

Peco responded to help clear the accident scene.
