Man struck, killed by train in Chester Co.

PHOENIXVILLE, Pa. - September 16, 2009 It happened around 3:45 p.m. near Bridge Street in Phoenixville.

Officials say a Norfolk Southern freight train, heading from Allentown to Camden, struck and killed a man on the tracks.

There is no word yet on why the man was on the tracks.
