Fatal ATV accident

MANTUA – September 29, 2009

It happened along the 3900 block of Poplar Street shortly after 6:00 p.m.

Police say the 22-year-old man lost control of the quad and slammed into a fence that fronts a wall.

No word why the man lost control of if he was wearing a helmet.
