Parkour workout

November 23, 2009 As you can imagine, it's not for beginners. Sean Hannah faced a lot of injuries in the beginning but now says he's conditioned his body to avoid getting hurt.

"So you need agility, you need endurance, you need strength, you need power, you need balance and coordination and you need a lot of mental focus."

The class is currently being taught at the L.A. Fitness center in Washington D.C. but it could spread to more gyms along the East Coast.
