NEWARK, Del. - December 4, 2009

The police investigation revealed that four suspects were observed by loss prevention in the TJ Maxx store, working together, to steal merchandise.

Allegedly, 24-year-old Yolanda Jeter and 26-year-old Keneesha Cunningham concealed merchandise in bags while 23-year-old Clarence Jeter and 19-year-old Javon Roberts acted as lookouts.
