The fire began around 4:20 a.m. int he 5700 block of Lindbergh Boulevard.
Arriving firefighters found flames shooting from the upper floors of a three story home.
One man in his 50s was taken to the hospital after he jumped from an upper floor and broke his leg.
Two other people, a 51-year-old man and a 44-year-old woman, were taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation.
There is no word yet on the cause of the fire.
