N.J. parents raise funds, hope to save school

EWING, N.J. - March 9, 2010

They have to raise $300,000 by the end of the month, or Saint James Incarnation School in Ewing will close its doors.

The school opened in 1956, and generations loved it.

It's facing declining enrollment. Currently there are fewer than 200 students.

The $300,000 would cover a $250,000 deficit projected by the Diocese of Trenton and, leave $50,000 for an emergency.
