Melissa Kauffman, 22, of Atglen, has been charged with one count of Statutory Sexual Assault, Corruption of Minors and Indecent Assault.
According to investigators, Kauffman and the 15-year-old had sex just one time back in November, 2009, resulting in her pregnancy.
Kauffman surrendered to police on Friday morning. She was arraigned and released on $100,000 secured bail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 13th.
