It happened around 1:00 a.m. Thursday on Route 273, just south of Old Baltimore Pike.
Police believe the dispute started with an argument in a nearby housing development.
Both victims were rushed to the hospital in unknown condition. There is no word on their identities at this time.
New Castle County police are investigating.
