Beach patrol shutdown the beach for an hour until the shark swam out to sea.
You may recall, two weeks ago Action News reported on shark sightings in Seaside Park, Toms River and Berkely Township.
Beach patrols believe the wayward sharks are looking for food, not to attack people.
