Around 7:40 a.m. the Marple Township Police and rescue crews were called out to Palmers Mill Run near Route 252 for the report of an accident.
When they arrived they found that a vehicle lost control causing at least one person to be ejected from the vehicle.
A medical helicopter was sent to the scene to transport the victim to the hospital.
Police are investigating.
