When his dog began barking outside the bathroom at his Portland house, Haas looked inside.
He says he found a man covered with mud sitting in his bathtub.
Even worse, Haas says the guy was wearing his University of Oregon Ducks football jersey.
Haas tells The Oregonian the man offered him 100 bucks not to call the cops.
But he did.
Radai Artega-Vasquez has pleaded not guilty to burglary and other charges.
Haas says he's still waiting to get back his Ducks jersey.
