Spilled stones jam eastbound Schuylkill Expressway

PHILADELPHIA - October 14, 2010

The spill happened shortly before 7:50 a.m. Traffic is jammed from the Blue Route approaching the scene, just east of Montgomery Drive.

Only two lanes are getting by at this time. Traffic is delayed by approximately 20 minutes.
