Two people, including a young girl, were taken to the hospital after school bus flipped on Friday morning in Philadelphia.

The crash happened just before 7:30 a.m. along the 7300 block of Haverford Avenue in Overbrook Park.

The bus driver apparently lost control and hit a utility pole, knocking it over and bringing down wires.

Police say the driver of the bus was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania with knee pain, and a 9-year-old girl was taken to Children's Hospital for observation.

The view from Chopper 6 showed the bus, with its front end damaged, near a leaning utility pole.
