Police were called to the "Universoul Circus" for reports of a 2-year-old locked in an SUV around 11:10 a.m.
The SUV was parked in Lot 11 just off Delaware Avenue.
The child was taken to Cooper Hospital in unknown condition.
There is still no word on any arrests.
