Teton County Sheriff Jim Whalen says his department is suspending dog drug training.
Authorities are still looking for the 28 grams of meth.
It was in a box labeled "METH" and was left by the deputy on his bumper.
Whalen tells The Jackson Hole News and Guide that he's still considering how to punish the unnamed deputy.
