The Philadelphia fire department says a small fixed wing aircraft landed without landing gear.
The plane made a bumpy landing on its belly with no wheels down.
Five people were aboard the plane. Four people suffered minor injuries. They were sent to hospitals for treatment.
Investigators have not said where the plane departed from, or where it was headed.
