It all happened on the night of Saturday, November 20th.
The first incident happened around 7:30 p.m. in the 300 block of North 10th Street. Police a 24-year-old woman was approached by a man who was fondling himself. The woman got in her car and the man tried to open a door, police said, but it was locked. The woman drove away without further incident.
An hour later, police say a 31-year-old woman was entering a building in the 300 block of North 11th Street with a child in a stroller when a man pushed her to the ground and sexually assaulted her. The woman was able to scream for help and the man fled.
Then, at 9:00 p.m., a 24-year-old woman was approached by a man in the 900 block of Vine Street, who then grabbed her buttocks.
In all three cases the suspect is described as a white man in his 50's standing about 5'8" tall. He has white or grey hair with a beard and wore dark clothing and a knitted hat. In two of the cases, the victims reported hearing the jangling of keys from the attacker.
