It happened at the Sovereign Bank in the 8800 block of Old York Road in Cheltenham.
Investigators say the driver lost control and slammed into the bank.
Rescuers were called out because the driver and a passenger were trapped. However, no injuries were reported.
Police are investigating how this crash happened.
