Forty-three-year-old Thomas St. Joseph of Wilmington surrendered to troopers on Nov. 29. He was released on $2,000 unsecured bail.
Troopers say on Nov. 10, the student said St. Joseph cornered her in a rear office area and touched her. Police say the student pushed St. Joseph away and demanded he drive her to her home in Boothwyn, Pa.
The girl reported the incident to her parents, but Delaware State Police were not notified until Nov. 18.
