Eddie Dwyer, 30, lost his battle with cancer on Monday.
Eddie was diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer three years ago.
During his treatment, he became a Facebook sensation with nearly 10,000 people following his posts and videos.
He posted all about his treatment, his condition and about his personal life.
All week his Facebook page hosted hundreds of comments from supporters offering their condolences.
