Police say they have arrested the man who killed a Philadelphia store owner during a robbery just before Father's Day.

Darnell Griffin, 21, of the 1700 block of Francis Street was arrested on Sunday for the murder of Felix Rodriguez back on June 18th.

Griffin is charged with murder, robbery and related offenses.

Police say Griffin shot the 59-year-old Rodriguez in the face and chest inside Los Ingenitos Grocery at 2400 North 9th Street.

Family members told Action News shortly after the crime that Rodriguez was a grandfather who planned to soon sell the store and retire.

Police have previously said they were looking for three suspects. There was no word if the other two had been identified.
