He is 5'9" and weighs around 180 pounds. He was wearing a white straw hat; burgundy t-shirt, jeans and brown moccasin flip flops.
He was driving a 2008 Silver Honda Accord with PA handicapped plates.
He reportedly suffers from early stages of Alzheimer's and diabetes.
