Pa. pastor has bail reduced in molestation case

COATESVILLE, Pa. - September 22, 2011

The Daily Local News reports Homer Richard Clifford Sr. waived his right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday before a Chester County magistrate.

The 64-year-old Coatesville man also had his bail reduced from $250,000 to $25,000 after a judge determined he wasn't a flight risk.

The Crossroads of Faith Baptist Church pastor surrendered to police earlier this month after a 21-year-old woman told Coatesville police Clifford molested her starting in 1995.

The Daily Local News report says Clifford is accused of molesting the girl at his home and when he watched the girl at her own home.

Clifford remains jailed in Chester County Prison.
