Suspect sought in attempted child luring in Chester Co.

WEST GOSHEN TWP., Pa. - September 29, 2011

Officers were called to the area of Rosedale Ave. and Ceredo Ave. in West Goshen Township around 6:46 a.m. Thursday.

The victim told police that she was waiting for her school bus when a man pulled up and motioned for her to get in the car.

At one point the man drove down the street, turned around, and again motioned for her to get in the vehicle.

When she didn't get in, she said the man then exposed himself. That's when the girl ran home.

She described the subject as a white male in his late 20's or early 30's wearing a black T-shirt and short brown hair.

He was described as "clean" with no facial hair.

The victim and her family met with police to help develop a sketch of the suspect.

When she described his car, police showed her a picture of a vehicle involved in a similar incident on September 22nd in West Chester. That vehicle is describes as possbily a Honda Civic, bright blue or neon blue in color.
