The shooting occurred shortly after 8:00 p.m. along the 800 block of East Tioga Street. Police say someone opened fire striking a 19-year-old man four times in the arm and once in the hip.
Medics rushed the man to Temple University Hospital for care. He is stable.
No arrests have been made.
