The driver involved in a single-vehicle crash in Atlantic County that killed a 19-year-old woman has been arrested.

Kevin Dilks, 20, of Chatsworth, New Jersey, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with second degree vehicular homicide, driving under the influence, reckless driving and underage drinking.

The crash killed 19-year-old Ashley Adams of Southampton, New Jersey.

The crash happened around 1:45 a.m. Sunday on the 200 block of Clarks Landing Road in Egg Harbor City.

Police say Dilks lost control of his vehicle and it rolled over, ejecting Adams from the front passenger side.
