Police: Teen tied up in NE Phila. home invasion

Police say a 13-year-old girl was tied up during a home invasion in Northeast Philadelphia.

The incident happened shortly before 8:00 a.m. Monday on the 5300 block of Oakland Street.

There, police say two suspects tied up the teen, even putting duct tape on her mouth, and fled the scene with an unknown amount of money.

The suspects were only described as one black male and one white male.

Both were wearing all black clothing.
