D.A. to seek death penalty for accused cop killer

FREEMANSBURG, Pa. - November 11, 2011

John Morganelli turned in the formal notice Thursday, to seek the death penalty in the case against 46-year-old George Hitcho.

Hitcho is accused of killing Freemansburg police officer Robert Lasso back in August.

Hitcho is scheduled to go to trial in February.
