Twenty-nine-year-old Haneef Graves faces numerous charges - including murder and aggravated assault - in connection with Sunday's slaying of 29-year-old Corleone Hayes.
Atlantic County prosecutors announced the arrest Wednesday afternoon. They say Graves - who has a lengthy police record - was captured in the city late Tuesday night on South Carolina Avenue.
Investigators continue to probe the weekend's other fatal shooting, but say no arrests have been made in that case.
There were five shootings overall last weekend, all of which occurred outside the city's new tourism district.
