sobriety coach. Love completed a 12-step program to kick her own drug habit. She said she's taken Lohan under her wing because no one else will. Lohan's reps say the report is false.

McCready violated a custody order, admitting she took her son from Florida back to Tennessee. She says she can't travel to return him, because she is now 7 months pregnant with twins. McCready has a history of drug abuse and has long battled with her mother -- who lives in Florida -- for official custody of her son.
