2 Philadelphia police officers injured in crash
SOUTHWEST PHILADELPHIA - December 16, 2011 The two officers, along with two other people, were carried by stretcher into the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania late Thursday night. Police said they were responding to a call when they collided with a van. It happened at 63rd Street and Woodland Avenue in Southwest Philadelphia. The van knocked down a utility pole on impact. None of the victims' injuries appear to be life-threatening.
