Police are looking for the man who allegedly opened fire inside a Camden restaurant, leaving an innocent bystander dead.

A warrant has been issued for 33-year-old David Porrata of the 800 block of North 4th Street. Police say he pulled the trigger inside Crown Fried Chicken at 5:00 a.m. Friday.

According to investigators, Porrata was involved in an altercation with another man inside the restaurant in the 200 block of South Broadway.

The incident turned violent, police said, and Porrata pulled out a gun and fired.

Police say it appears a single shot killed one man and injured another. The man who was killed was identified as 36-year-old Franklin Parker. Police say he was sitting at a booth and was not involved.

Investigators say surveillance video shows Porrata was the only person who used a gun.

Porrata is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts is urged to call 911 immediately.
