A potent cold front approaches from the west later tonight. You can expect scattered showers this morning and afternoon. There may be a time with quite a lull in precipitation. Later today, some strong thunderstorms may develop. We could see damaging winds and heavy rainfall. Watch for the potential for severe weather later this evening and tonight. Our high: 79.
