Suspects wanted for multiple robberies in N. Phila.

NORTH PHILADELPHIA -September 20, 2012

On August 18, 2012, between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., there were six armed robberies committed by three unknown black males.

Three of the victims were waiting for a SEPTA bus, the other three were walking down the street. All victims were approached on foot by two males, while a third male waited in a silver colored SUV or mini-van.

The first robbery happened just before 6:00 a.m. in the 2900 block of N. Ridge Avenue. The victim, a 38 year-old male, was waiting for a SEPTA bus when he was approached by two unknown males who asked him for a light.

Both males then produced guns and announced a robbery. The males then took the man's pager, $50 and his cell phone. The suspects then fled on foot on 20th Street toward Page Street.

The second incident also occurred just before 6:00 a.m. in the 2300 block of Norris. This time the victim was , a 24- year-old female waiting for the SEPTA bus when she was approached by a silver SUV occupied by three unknown males.

Two unknown males exited the SUV while one of the males pointed a gun at her. The victim started screaming when one of the males threatened her and struck her with the gun before taking her purse containing $50, identification and a cell phone.

Another robbery happened about 5:50 a.m. when the victim, a 51-year-old male, was walking east on Dauphin Street from 25th Street when he was approached by an unknown male who pointed a handgun and announced a robbery.

Police say, the suspect forced the victim on the ground while a second suspect approached the victim and struck him in the head.

The suspect then took off with the victim's book bag containing $30, an identification and a diamond ring.

Both suspects fled on foot south on 22nd Street from Dauphin Street.

On C.B. Moore Avenue around 5:50 a.m. another victim, a 57-year-old female who was waiting for the SEPTA bus was approached by an unknown male pointing a small gun at her stating "give me your money".

She gave the male her bag when a second male approached her from behind and took her book bag, jacket, wallet and cell phone from her.

Both offenders fled north on Natrona Street towards Montgomery Avenue in a silver mini-van.

In the 3200 block of Montgomery, a 21-year-old female victim was walking east on Montgomery Avenue at Natrona Street when she walked past two unknown males.

Both males then turned and approached her pointing a handgun at her taking her pocketbook, iPhone and $30 in cash.

The victim did observe a silver mini-van with black trim driving down 32nd street prior to robbery.

Around 5:30 a.m., a 29-year-old male victim was walking on the 1900 block of North 30th Street when he was approached from behind by two unknown males.

The males then ordered the victim on the ground, striking him in the back of his head before taking his wallet and fleeing.

Descriptions :

Suspect #1: Black male, 20 years-of-age, 5'7" to 5'8" tall, 160-170 lbs., thin build, medium brown complexion, no facial hair, black hooded sweatshirt with possible orange stripe across chest, wearing a black baseball cap underneath hood with "Northeast" on it, dark pants and armed with a handgun.

Suspect #2: Black male, 20 years-of-age, 5'7" tall, dark complexion, no facial hair, black hooded sweatshirt and armed with a handgun.

Suspect #3: Driver of vehicle is described only as a black male dressed in all black.

Vehicle Description : Silver mid size SUV with black or dark colored rear bumper.
