Man injured from falling tree branch

PHILADELPHIA - September 21, 2012

The incident was reported just after 9:00 p.m. at North 20th Street and 65th Avenue.

Officials say a 47-year-old man was taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center with injuries to his neck and back.

The incident is under investigation.
