The shooting took place around 8:30 p.m. on the 800 block of West 7th Street.
Police responded to the scene and found two men had been shot.
One man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other was taken to Crozer Chester Medical Center in an unknown condition.
There is no word on what led up to the shooting.
