Children's Hospital unveils new license plate

The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia unveiled a new license plate on Tuesday morning.

Calling it a "license to thrive," CHOP said the proceeds will benefit the Homeless Health Initiative, as well as its Reach Out and Read and injury prevention programs.

The plate is available for Pennsylvania residents and costs $45.
