The teen accused of firing a gun into a crowded SEPTA train went back to court Thursday.

Matthew Early faced a judge for his preliminary hearing.

He was ordered to stay behind bars until his trial.

Early is charged with attempted murder in connection with the shooting on the Market-Frankford El last month.

Prosecutors say he shot a Chicago Bulls fan during an argument following a Sixers game.

The victim survived.
