The accident happened just before 6:00 a.m. at the intersection of Roosevelt Boulevard and Tyson Avenue.
Fire crews rescued a 28-year-old woman trapped in one of the vehicles, police say.
She was taken to Frankford Torresdale Hospital and is listed in stable condition.
Medics arrived to the scene and are checking for injuries.
