Police say a gunman opened fire at the Lynnewood Gardens Apartments in the 7000 block of Massey Way around 11:30 p.m. leaving one man shot in the neck.
He was rushed to Abington Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
Police have a suspect in custody and tell Action News that an AR-15 assault rifle was found inside the apartment.
The incident remains under investigation.
