Officials tell Action News that she suffers from severe bi-polar disorder and may not have taken her medication for some time.
Howard was last seen on the 500 block of Westminster Avenue in Haddonfield
Howard's husband says she was wearing a blue and red blouse.
Investigators think she may be headed for Center City, Philadelphia.
