Water gushes from Roxborough sidewalks

ROXBOROUGH - July 25, 2013

Police discovered the break around 3:45 a.m. on the 5600 block of Houghton Street.

Water was seen coming up through the sidewalks.

Repairs are being made and motorisits should avoid the area.
