Medics were called to the Red Lion Chase Community Clubhouse around 1:30 p.m. Monday.
They were told the boy was found unresponsive in a pool there and was rescued by civilians, who performed CPR.
The boy was alert when medics rushed him to the hospital.
He was said to be in stable condition.
